Ecomusée des Vignerons et Artisans du Drouais

The 13th-century cellars were carved out to extract marl. The monks used them to store their wine. The museum presents a large number of tools used in the region to look after the vines. A large part of the museum has been reserved for old farm equipment and agricultural professions that have disappeared. You will also discover the stables, the bread oven, the cellars, the grain store, the reconstitution of a 19th century fireplace and a grandmother's bedroom from the last century. On leaving the workshops of the craftspeople and herbalists, you will pass through the medieval garden of the Priory of Saint-Thibault. Throughout the year, the eco-museum proposes introductions to vine-growing.
