You love nature, old houses, gardens, history, then Aubigny has everything to seduce you. At the gates of Metz, here you are in a magical, timeless site, in the middle of nature, in the middle of woods and meadows.
The 18th century house and its French garden, listed as a historical monument, have remained in the same family despite the historical upheavals. In the years 1920-1930, Foch, Lyautey, de Gaulle were received in Aubigny. Based on the memoirs of an ancestor, the family made a film (30 mn) about Aubigny during the Battle of Borny (15 August 1870).
You will be surprised by the calm, the charm, the intimacy of the place. Members of the owner family will welcome you, guide you, retrace the history of Aubigny, and will no doubt make you want to come back.
