A staircase leads upstairs to a mezzanine lounge/study and 3 further bedrooms, one with 2 twin 90cm single beds + private shower room, the other 2 with 2 twin 90cm single beds, shower room and separate WC. Electric heating, air-conditioned upstairs.
Adjoining a small gîte, this vacation home benefits from private, independent access, parking and terrace. The large, unenclosed garden, secure swimming pool and boulodrome are shared by both gîtes.
