In the heart of the Marais Poitevin, in a hamlet between Niort (20 km) and La Rochelle (50 km), this vacation house on the river is the ideal place to recharge your batteries in a quiet environment.
It includes, on the first floor, a living room with kitchen open to the living room and lounge. On the first floor, two bedrooms with double beds, a mezzanine with a double bed and a shower room/toilet. You will enjoy a pleasant covered and elevated wooden terrace overlooking the river and a second terrace adjoining the house. A private port (pier) is located on the property with a 6-seater boat and 3-seater canoes at your disposal to travel the river through beautiful walks in the heart of nature. 5 bicycles for adults and 3 children, a bicycle trailer are also at your disposal during your stay.
