View on the picturesque village of Saint Pompon and the hills. Shops in the village 1 km away: grocery store, pharmacy, bakery, restaurant, bar, petrol station. At 15-25 kilometres from tourist sites such as Sarlat, Beynac, La Roque Gageac, Domme, Lascaux and the Lot: Cahors, Rocamadour. Enclosed swimming pool of 8m x 4m to be shared with the owner, 1 bedroom, 1 double bed and 2 folding single beds, 1 separate WC, 1 shower room, equipped kitchen: hotplate, fridge-freezer, microwave, coffee maker, etc, 1 TV, 2 terraces and garden furniture, deckchairs, parasol, BBQ, private washing machine.
