Ideally located near the Canal du Midi, just a stone's throw from the picturesque village of Le Somail, Narbonne and the Cathar town of Minerve, it's the perfect base for exploring the region.

Adjoining the owners' house, this gîte offers comfort and privacy in a well-kept natural environment. In front of the gîte, a shaded pergola welcomes you for reading in the garden or dining al fresco, with a plancha available. You'll also have access to the owners' swimming pool (11 x 4.20 m, secure, open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., June to September).

The gîte comprises a bright living room/kitchen, a shower room, a separate toilet, and two comfortable bedrooms (one with a 140 cm bed, the other with two 80 cm beds). Carefully furnished to ensure a simple, relaxing stay.

A shared laundry room with drying rack is just a few meters away.
