Charming gîte in the heart of the village of Saint-Jean-de-Barrou, ideally located between Narbonne and Perpignan, just 30 minutes from the Mediterranean beaches. You'll be close to must-see tourist sites such as the Réserve Africaine de Sigean, Terra Vinéa, and the Cathar castles of Duilhac and Quéribus, not forgetting the picturesque village of Cucugnan.

The adjoining gîte offers a warm and welcoming interior, with a living room/kitchen equipped with a bar and fireplace (wood supplied), opening onto a pleasant terrace. It includes a bedroom with a 180 cm bed, a shower room and a separate toilet.

Upstairs, a mezzanine accommodates a 120 cm single bed and an additional bedroom with two single beds.

There is also a small rock garden with wrought-iron garden furniture, and a carport under the terrace.
