The Limousin-style house is located in the countryside, 3km from the village with its shops and 1km from the Etang de Murat (nature reserve with bird observatory). The rolling countryside, meadows, hedges and tree-lined paths make up the immediate environment, making it an ideal area for hiking and cycling. The house has retained its original style (exposed stonework, beams...) and is bright and airy. All rooms are on the ground floor (accessible to a disabled person with assistance). Private garden with garden furniture and outdoor games (soccer goal, swing...), and shared garden with covered swimming pool and large terrace (sunbathing area, summer kitchen, garden furniture, pizza oven...).
