At the gates of Bordeaux, in the commune of Yvrac, the Chai des Grézeaux is part of a particularly quiet and pleasant hamlet and is located in the vineyard of the Pestoury family, within the Côtes de Bordeaux appellation. This single-storey house, facing south, is the oldest in the hamlet and represents the typical historical habitat of the winegrowers. Its large wooded park and fruit garden are ideal for enjoying a convivial meal under the two hundred year old lime trees. Inside, the house has a new equipment for the house, a spacious living room, a kitchen and three bedrooms: two bedrooms each equipped with a 160x200 bed and one bedroom with two 90x190 beds. Bathroom and WC complete the set. Sheets and linen included.
