In a rural and green environment, this old Gascon barn has been carefully restored for your greatest happiness. You will appreciate having breakfast on the terrace with a pleasant view of the Pyrenees before cooling off in the swimming pool. Children will enjoy all the outdoor games at their disposal: football cages, baby pool, bicycles...! Ground floor: Kitchen open to the living room with bay window with access to the terrace. Bathroom, toilet indep. Upstairs: 1 bedroom with sloping ceilings (height: 1.2/3.2m): 1 bed 140 + 1 bed 90. Enclosed land of 1.5ha. Fenced swimming pool 8x4m depth 1.5m. Wifi. Gite adjoining the owners' house.
