In a quiet, restful setting, come and stay at Moulin de la Fontaine, 1h30 from Paris. Gîte upstairs above the owners' home, accessible via an outside staircase. Facing a lake of 9 ha, unenclosed grounds shared with the owners and another gîte. Large living room-dining room with lounge area, kitchen, shower room, toilet. 1 large bedroom on a higher level with a small staircase and low beams (2 double beds, 2 single beds) separated by a mobile partition. Daily fixed charge for heat €7/day in Oct, April, May and €9/day the other months. Fishing on site with a rowing boat (4 seats) and pedalo.
