Enjoy the setting of the hamlet of Auriac and discover the remains of the ramparts and the two towers of the castle
The hamlet overlooks the Tarn River from a hundred meters, offering views of the meander of the Tarn around the town of St Rome de Tarn. From there, you can still see the dry stone terraces where vines and almond trees were grown.
A rare fact, the old village had two castles indicating the presence of two lords. These vestiges are part of a discovery circuit dedicated to Romanesque art: "Romanesque heritage along the valleys of the muse, raspes du tarn and surroundings".
A hiking trail also allows you to go up from the village of St-Rome-de-Tarn and reach the hamlet
Near this one, take advantage of a calm moment, with at your disposal a Zafu, cushion of meditation, and resource you in front of this beautiful point of view on the valley.
