Le Moulin du Grand Pont

Le Moulin du Grand Pont is a family gîte in the middle of nature, ideally situated on the banks of the river "l'Argent"
This spacious house is the former residence of the miller of the watermill just opposite. This mill is no longer in operation but has kept its wheel and all its authenticity.
The house is situated in a large private domain allowing for peaceful walks or bike rides. It is also possible to fish on the river on a private area with a fishing permit.

On the ground floor, the house comprises a spacious living room and a large fitted kitchen/dining room. The first floor is composed of 2 adult bedrooms with double bed, and 2 children's bedrooms. The accommodation offers 2 bathrooms, each equipped with a bathtub.

40 min from the Puy du Fou, 1 hr from Futuroscope, 40 min from the Zoo Bioparc of Doué La Fontaine, 20 min from the Oriental Park of Maulévrier.
