Situated in a quiet area, 900m from the village of Auterrive, the house opens its doors onto the beautiful park with terraces, shady areas, places to relax, and a view of the Pyrenees when the weather permits. You will share with the guest house, the swimming pool with its solarium. 4 weeks a year, the whole becomes a large gîte ideal for families and tribes. Everything is ready for holidays with family or friends, for themed courses (yoga), a stay of renewal and discovery. A large gîte of 400 m2 composed of 2 houses with their south-facing terraces, a 12m x 6 m swimming pool and a 3 ha park. Classified ****, this gîte has a capacity of 15 people and is composed of 7 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and 6 toilets. Each house is equipped with a kitchen with dishwasher, oven, induction hob, washing machine and all modern conveniences. The new bedding is of high quality
You will have direct access to the park, the swimming pool, the solarium, the pergola and the bowling green.
