This new 85m2 house is located 15-20 minutes by car from the center of Bordeaux, 25 minutes from Saint-Emilion and on the road to the Entre-deux-Mers vineyards. Accommodating up to 10 people, it is ideal for a family or group of friends wishing to stay in the Bordeaux region. On the first floor, there's a fully-equipped kitchen, a bright living-dining room, a separate toilet and a master suite with shower area and dressing room. Upstairs are two bedrooms, a bathroom and WC: one with a double bed and dressing room, and the other with a bunk bed, two double beds and dressing room. You'll be able to enjoy the outdoors thanks to the south-facing terrace and garden.
