Base de Plein Air de Mézels is a 5-hectare former walnut grove on the banks of the Dordogne.
The old stone buildings have been preserved and converted into catering and activity rooms.
Accommodation is in wooden chalets on stilts or, in fine weather, in marabouts or tents.
The terrace overlooking the Dordogne offers a magnificent setting for meals and moments of relaxation in fine weather. The green spaces are ideal for outdoor games.
It's the ideal base for all kinds of outdoor activities: canoeing, climbing, caving, mountain biking, hiking... as well as excursions to discover the local heritage: Castelnau Bretenoux, Rocamadour, Padirac, Carennac, Grottes de Lacave, Collonges la Rouge...
