In the heart of the Morvan Regional Nature Park, this fully-renovated detached house is set in a peaceful hamlet on the edge of Lac de Pannecière in the commune of Chaumard.
Ideal for nature and outdoor enthusiasts, fishermen (boat launch a few hundred metres away), swimmers, hikers (GR13 nearby), horse riders (meadow available) and all holidaymakers looking for peace, space and fresh air.

The house, overlooking the lake, comprises :
- a fully-equipped kitchen
- a dining area
- lounge area with TV and 2-seater sofa bed
- bedroom with double bed and TV
- bathroom with walk-in shower and washing machine
- a separate toilet
- a terrace with garden furniture
- a large private courtyard with garden furniture, sun loungers and barbecue, and an adjoining meadow
- a car or motorbike garage.
- Easy parking and boat access (large private plot with two separate entrances and exits).

In summer, the shared garden is accessible and allows you to eat seasonal vegetables.

Pets are welcome (free) - horses in the meadow: €8/day.

Duvets and pillows supplied with mattress protector and pillow protector.
Bed linen (fitted sheet, duvet cover + pillowcases) can be provided at an additional cost (€10/bed/stay).
Baby equipment available on request free of charge (cot and bath).
Toys and games for children and adults available.
No smoking.
Arrival: 2pm - departure: 11am
Weekly rental: €400 - 40% deposit
Weekend rental: €57 - minimum 2 nights
Deposit: 40% on booking
Charges included (water, electricity, taxes).
Cleaning carried out by you or fixed price 50 €.

To lighten your luggage, a basic kitchen kit is available: oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, flour, sugar, salt, paper towels, toilet paper, various household products, etc.
