The "Gravières" at Argentat is a former riverbed that has been exploited by man for almost a century. Now a bubble of oxygen, it's a small sanctuary classified as a Sensitive Natural Area. Enjoy the place while respecting it.
Take time to appreciate the tranquility of the serene waters, to smell nature, to meet the black-headed warbler, the whiskered tern, the bank swallow... This is the promise of a 3.5km walk (1h15). Possibility of a 1.2km loop accessible to PRM.
