This characterful gîte, housed in an 18th-century winegrower's house, welcomes you near the banks of the Orbieu, a small Corbières river, in a village with all the shops and services you need. The house has preserved the charm of its old features: majestic staircases, authentic floor tiles, pink marble fireplace, wooden beams and limewash paintings, while adding a few elements of modern comfort: notably with the air-conditioning installed in the bedrooms.

The first floor comprises an entrance hall opening onto a large, sunny 30m² patio equipped with garden furniture and a gas plancha, leading directly onto a living room with open-plan kitchen, a sitting room with TV, and a separate toilet. Upstairs, two bedrooms (with two single beds and a double bed), a shower room with toilet, a dressing room and a balcony.

A private garage is reserved for the gîte, and just 25 km away, enjoy supervised swimming at Ribaute.
