Old farmhouse located in the heart of a quiet little village, next to a 12th century church, very close to the wild Seine and the first Champagne vines. We love nature and we are sensitive to respect for the environment. We have a vegetable garden, fruit trees We have fitted out this independent micro-house with care and cleverness… As a solitary traveler or as a couple, we welcome you all year round. Whether you come for the discovery of the region, work, or tranquility you will find with us the essentials in all simplicity and even a little superfluous... In our self-contained mini-gîte you will find: A bedroom with window: 1 bed 120, bed linen provided and bed made for your arrival. Flat screen TV Bathroom (with window), bright and spacious with walk-in shower (towels provided), storage, hair dryer, towel dryer, closed WC. Table and iron - drying rack. Dining area with fitted kitchenette, equipped with a small fridge, microwave (without grill), coffee maker, kettle, toaster, induction hob, basic crockery and utensils available (possibility of preparing simple meals), courtesy with teas, coffee, sugar, oils, vinegar, salt & pepper… Free WiFi. Tea towels, napkins, hand towels and bed linen provided free of charge. Non-smoking interior. Outside: Table and chairs for moments of relaxation in the courtyard or orchard. possibility of loaning bicycles. Easy parking on the square under the lime trees. Arrival: from 4 p.m. - Departure: 10 a.m. - deposit €300 (cheque not cashed)
