On 1st floor, cosy living room with armchairs and sofa, TV, dining area, wood-burning stove in stone fireplace, balcony overlooking the Dordogne. Separate kitchen with integrated equipment (Combi freezer, extractor hood and ceramic hob...), shower room with separate toilet.
2nd floor: 2 independent bedrooms, each with 1 x 180cm bed (head and foot can be raised). Washbasin with hot water. Toilets upstairs.
