This holiday home is completely self-sufficient by means of a large buffer cellar with a capacity of approximately 85,000 liters of rainwater , which is collected in the winter. There is also a high-quality windmill and solar energy supply with a battery storage package for the full electricity requirement.

The infinity swimming pool of 10 x 4 meters with a depth of approx. 1.50/1.60 meters is spectacularly situated against the slope adjacent to the large terrace of the holiday home.
