St. Andrew's Church was a Roman Catholic church building located at Jacob Catsstraat 3 and Andriesplein in Nuenen.Na the Second World War, Nuenen began to expand in a westerly direction. A church was also projected there: the second parish church of Nuenen. This church was designed by Jan de Jong in the style of the Bossche School. It is built by the NV Gebr. Vervoort from Sint Oedenrode. It was a relatively low, box-shaped building, executed as a hall church in a light brick type. The roof was supported by concrete beams. Two heavy doors gave access to the church. The windows were high up in the building. The interior was sober and modern. The church was built with more than eight hundred seats 'for growth'. The 1st stone was laid by pastor J. van Oosterhout on August 15, 1963 and on July 17, 1964, the church was inaugurated by bishop W. Bekkers after it was consecrated.
