The Zwaakse Weel is the remnant of an old creek that was located between the Honte and the Veerse Diep in the Netherlands. Today it is located near the village of Kwadendamme.
De Zwake was the connection between Middelburg and Antwerp until the 15th century. This spur of the Scheldt separated the island of Zuid-Beveland from the island of Borssele. When the importance of the Honte increased in the 15th century, this river was dammed at 's-Gravenpolder. After that, the area was gradually reclaimed.
