Team Building Valkenburg

The caves of Valkenburg provide the mysterious setting for a unique team building experience. In good weather, tasks can also take place outdoors in the immediate vicinity, but even in bad weather everything can simply continue.

Various challenging tasks ensure that the team's process is examined closely. Experienced trainers provide substantive feedback. Fun and collaboration are paramount, but the organization does not hesitate to hold a mirror to the group, creating awareness of how personal actions affect the team process.

English or German speaking is no problem at all. Given the nature of the tasks, all programs can be physically completed by everyone without any issues. The trainers are not just trainers.
By stepping into the shoes of a character, the trainers take the visitors on an unforgettable experience full of humor. However, from their character, they can also give very targeted feedback. Sometimes confrontational, but always focused on the success and well-being of the team!

Team Building Valkenburg offers various programs that can be fully tailored to the needs or goals of the group. The minimum group size is six people, and due to collaboration with various colleagues in the immediate area, a fantastic program for groups of up to 100 people can be easily offered.

Additionally, in collaboration with catering partner 'De Feestgrot', coffee, pie, a lunch, drinks, or even a concluding buffet can be arranged. There are also various meeting rooms available with all amenities.

The team building activities fall under the targeted exemption WKR and are not subject to additional payroll tax. This also applies to lunch and/or dinner consumed as part of this team day.
