Walking further from the mill over the dike, you see on the left side pensioners and other golf enthusiasts playing a round at the Kagerzoom Golf Course. For the knowledgeable: this course, designed by Gerard Jol, has an A-status, with a par of 70 (18 holes) and a length of 5500 meters for the yellow tees and 4661 meters for the red tees. At one point, there is an unpaved path to the right as the bike path goes left. A nice detour along the Holle Mare, with the driving range of the golf club on the other side of this water. Via the drawbridge, you arrive at The Timber Club, a great place for a snack or a drink.
