This charming park is located in the town of La Laguna, which was declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 1999.
This little green space was built in 1978 so has already undergone several renovations, the last of which included a beautiful pond with ducks and several new swing areas so that the little ones could play outside for hours. The Parque de la Constitución is designed in such a way that both strollers and wheelchairs can walk through it. There is a kiosk/cafeteria where you can enjoy a soft drink or a delicious aperitif at sunset.
The flora that makes up this small green area is very varied and dominates the native flora of the island and to a greater extent the palm trees. In the gardens you will discover the monuments of the Cuban poet José Martí, son of Leonor Pérez from Tenerife, and of the Venezuelan liberator Simón Bolivar , also of Canarian origin.
