La iglesia de San Blas es la iglesia del pueblo belga de Jabbeke. La iglesia parroquial está en la esquina de la calle Kapellestraat y la calle Dorpsstraat y está dedicada a San Blas. Vivió a finales del siglo III y fue obispo de Sebaste en Armenia.
La iglesia es típicamente neogótica. La iglesia de tres naves es una iglesia de cruz con 5 tramos, dos capillas laterales, un transepto y un coro cerrado. Tanto las naves central como las laterales están cubiertas con bóvedas de arcos apuntados sobre pilares agrupados. La torre central con torrecitas es de 61 metros de altura. La iglesia está construida de ladrillo.
