En esta estación todavía sale la línea de ferrocarril 78. Anteriormente, la línea de ferrocarril 87 y la línea de ferrocarril 88A salían desde aquí. En el depósito de Doornik, las últimas locomotoras de vapor que fueron retiradas de servicio estuvieron estacionadas hasta aproximadamente 1980. Como estación fronteriza, había oficinas de aduanas y de policía extensas para los trámites fronterizos.
