Stokkel es un barrio en el límite este de la aglomeración bruselense. Stokkel está ubicado en los municipios de Sint-Pieters-Woluwe, Sint-Lambrechts-Woluwe y Kraainem. Al este, el barrio colinda con el municipio de Wezembeek-Oppem.
