El Rupel es un río de marea en el norte de Bélgica, afluente derecho del Escalda. Tiene aproximadamente 12 kilómetros (7 millas) de longitud. Fluye a través de la provincia belga de Amberes. Se forma por la confluencia de los ríos Dijle y Nete, en Rumst. Desemboca en el Escalda en Rupelmonde. Las ciudades a lo largo del Rupel son Rumst, Boom y Niel. El Rupel es navegable y forma parte de la vía fluvial hacia Bruselas.
