En el cementerio de Ainières está enterrado Alphonse Gheux (1850-1935), cerca de lo que hasta 2007 era el tilo más grueso de Bélgica. Alphonse es el último intérprete conocido de la gaita de Henao, la muchosa, un tipo que se tocaba en toda Picardía. Su instrumento se estropeó en 1912 y ya no había nadie que pudiera repararlo. Hasta hace unos años, estaba casi olvidado. Existen muchosas históricas en el Museo de Instrumentos Musicales (MIM) en Bruselas. Actualmente hay una resurgencia de la muchosa en Bélgica y varios constructores de instrumentos están volviendo a fabricar muchosas. Además de este tipo de gaita, en Bélgica existe la llamada gaita 'Breughel' o flamenca, que es mucho más conocida. La bisnieta de Alphonse, Pascale Gheux, organiza por ello en Ainières desde hace 15 años un encuentro anual de 'Cornemuses', en el mes de mayo.
