Blaton es una aldea en la provincia belga de Henao, y una submunicipalidad del municipio valón de Bernissart. Blaton fue un municipio independiente, hasta que en la reorganización municipal de 1977 se añadió al municipio de Bernissart. Durante el antiguo régimen, Blaton era una baronía en la señoría de Bernissart. En 1644, Albert de Mérode compró la baronía de Carlos Colonna. Jérôme Albert de Mérode vendió la propiedad en 1682 a Ghislain François de la Catoire. En 1753, el príncipe Emanuel de Croÿ compró la baronía.
