Desde el siglo XIII se obtuvo el derecho a construir un edificio para la venta de paños. La apariencia actual de la Torre de los Paños data del siglo XVI. Debido a su valor histórico y arquitectónico, la torre se convirtió en un monumento de la UNESCO en el año 2000.
En el primer piso se encuentra el Museo de las Cabezas. Esta es una serie de caricaturas donde las cabezas ofrecen una mirada humorística sobre la historia de posguerra. ¡Un hermoso pedazo de cultura en el centro de la ciudad!
