El templo de los herejes es el nombre que los habitantes de Roeselare dan a la iglesia protestante en la calle Jan Mahieu. A pesar de su fachada simple y modesta, este 'templo' tiene una historia llena de acontecimientos. Un industrial textil hizo construir la iglesia en la segunda mitad del siglo XIX. En la iglesia se encuentra un órgano construido en Indonesia. El órgano cuenta con 508 tubos que fueron fabricados de bambú y es el tercero más grande en su tipo.
