Heer es una aldea en la provincia belga de Namur y una parte del municipio de Hastière. Heer tiene una superficie de 7,70 km². Hasta el 1 de enero de 1977, era un municipio independiente. El lugar se encuentra en la margen derecha del Mosa, que aquí forma un río fronterizo con Francia. También al sur, Heer limita con Francia. En la antigua estación Heer-Agimont, en la línea de tren 154 que se situaba en la frontera entre Agimont y Heer, se formó la aldea de Heer-Agimont y hay un puente sobre el Mosa que conecta ambas aldeas.
