Grand-Axhe es un pequeño pueblo en la provincia belga de Lieja y una subcomuna de la ciudad de Borgworm. Era un municipio independiente hasta que se unió al municipio de Borgworm en la fusión de 1971.
Grand-Axhe se encuentra a 4 kilómetros al suroeste del núcleo urbano de Borgworm en el camino hacia Hollogne-sur-Geer. El Jeker atraviesa el área del pueblo. La vía romana de Tongeren a Bavay forma el límite sur de la subcomuna. Grand-Axhe se encuentra en Droog-Haspengouw y es un pueblo residencial donde la población está concentrada en el área del pueblo. Debido a su pequeña superficie, hay poca agricultura en la subcomuna.
