Comblain-la-Tour es un lugar en el municipio belga de Hamoir. Comblain-la-Tour se encuentra en la provincia de Lieja.
El lugar se hizo mundialmente famoso debido a un festival de jazz al aire libre que se celebró entre 1959 y 1966. Muchos artistas famosos actuaron allí, como Cannonball Adderley, Chet Baker, Ray Charles, John Coltrane, Stéphane Grappelli, Nina Simone, Woody Herman y muchos otros. Se le llama la madre de todos los festivales europeos y fue especialmente un ejemplo para el Jazz Bilzen flamenco.
