Sommethonne es una aldea en la provincia belga de Luxemburgo y una parte de la municipalidad de Meix-devant-Virton en el arrondissement de Virton. Sommethonne se encuentra junto al Thonne.
Al final del Antiguo Régimen, Sommethonne se convirtió en un municipio. En 1823, durante una gran reorganización municipal en Luxemburgo, muchas pequeñas municipalidades se fusionaron. Sommethonne fue, al igual que Robelmont, disuelta y añadida a Villers-la-Loue.
