Maarke-Kerkem es un barrio del municipio de Maarkedal en la provincia belga de Oost-Vlaanderen. Hasta la reforma municipal de 1977, era un municipio independiente. El barrio está formado por el pueblo de Maarke en el norte y el pequeño Kerkem en el sur. Los dos pueblos fueron fusionados en 1820 en un solo municipio. En 1977, Maarke-Kerkem pasó a ser parte del municipio fusionado de Maarkedal. En el pueblo se encuentran el molino Romans y el molino Ter Borgt.
