Originalmente, nuestro café se llama "Bij Mitje". Debido a que la abuela repartía la leche en el pueblo, recibió el apodo de Mieke Pap. Rápidamente, el nombre "Bij Mitje" cambió a "Mieke Pap". Por lo tanto, el café todavía se llama Mieke Pap. Además del nombre, también se ha mantenido la calidez. Jóvenes y mayores se sienten completamente en casa cuando entran con nosotros.
