El puente Victor Dumon es un puente levadizo sobre el Canal Bruselas-Escalda en Klein-Willebroek, una aldea del municipio de Willebroek. El puente ya no se encuentra sobre el Canal desde 1922, cuando fue desviado a una ruta paralela al Rupel hacia Wintam. El puente se sitúa sobre una antigua rama del Canal de Willebroek, que se conectaba directamente con el Rupel en Klein-Willebroek. El puente se utiliza principalmente para el acceso a las terminales de contenedores a lo largo del Canal y solo necesita abrirse para la navegación recreativa de y hacia Klein-Willebroek, que a través de la esclusa allí también puede alcanzar el Rupel.
