Situado en un parterre (de haya) cercado, algo por encima del nivel de la calle. Construido a costa y en terreno de Frans van Ranst en 1837, por motivos de una curación. Capilla enlucida y pintada en planta rectangular con coro saliente en tres lados, bajo un tejado a dos aguas (cumbrera paralela a la calle, tejas artificiales), datada en 1837 en la piedra angular de la puerta y en la inscripción del coro. Aberturas de muro en arco.
