La iglesia parroquial de Nuestra Señora es una iglesia gótica del siglo XIII en Nuestra Señora de Lombeek y es famosa, entre otras cosas, por el altar de María.
La iglesia dependía de la abadía de Nivelles. Desde el siglo XIII, Nuestra Señora de Lombeek se ha convertido en un importante lugar de peregrinación. En la baja Edad Media, incluso se volvería más importante que las de Halle y Alsemberg. Debido a las guerras y los saqueos de la segunda mitad del siglo XVII, Nuestra Señora de Lombeek fue casi completamente destruida y el lugar de peregrinación perdió gran parte de su atractivo. En la iglesia también se encuentran algunas reliquias de San Huberto, que en el siglo XVII fueron donadas a la parroquia por el señor de Villers-Perwin. Como resultado, el 3 de noviembre, día de la festividad de San Huberto, miles de personas con sus mascotas acudieron a Lombeek. Allí, los animales fueron marcados como remedio contra la rabia.
