El Arrondissement de Bruselas-Capital es el único arrondissement administrativo en la Región de Bruselas-Capital en Bélgica. Debido a que es el único arrondissement administrativo en la Región de Bruselas, su territorio coincide con el de esta última.
El arrondissement fue creado en 1963 tras la división del arrondissement de Bruselas en el de la capital y el arrondissement circundante de Halle-Vilvoorde. Permanecieron como parte de la provincia de Brabant hasta que esta también fue dividida en 1995. En ese año, el arrondissement de Nijvel formó el nuevo Brabant Valón y los arrondissement de Halle-Vilvoorde y Lovaina formaron el nuevo Brabant Flamenco. El arrondissement de Bruselas-Capital, que corresponde a la Región de Bruselas-Capital, se convirtió así en extraprovincial, lo que significa que no es una provincia, ni pertenece a una, ni contiene ninguna. Sin embargo, es el único arrondissement belga que está encabezado por un gobernador y un vicegobernador.
