El mirador solo puede ser visitado en tren turístico desde Adventure Valley . El embarque se realiza en la Place aux Foires.
Pero también puede ir a pie : desde Place aux Foires pasando por Tier Moreau tiene 2 opciones: menos empinada sobre asfalto, siga por Neuve Voie y luego gire a la izquierda por Rue des Crêtes, o por un camino forestal con escaleras muy empinadas. . En este último camino, casi en la cima, se llega a una meseta panorámica que, debido a la vegetación, ofrece una vista menos buena, excepto a finales de otoño, invierno y principios de primavera cuando las hojas han caído.
La torre tiene 18 metros de altura, ubicada a una altitud de 205 metros, fue construida en 1925 y tiene 75 escalones.
