Este fue el antiguo almacén principal de la mina de carbón de Eisden.
Fue construido en 1913 , es el edificio más antiguo del sitio. Sucesivamente fue utilizado como cuadra de caballos, cobertizo de locomotoras, garaje, carpintería, taller, oficinas y almacén. Recientemente fue restaurado y reformado y ahora se utiliza como academia de arte y música del municipio de Eisden.
