Müllheim es una comuna suiza del cantón de Turgovia, situada en el distrito de Frauenfeld. Limita al norte con la comuna Homburg, al este con Wigoltingen, al sur con Hüttlingen, y al oeste con Pfyn.
En el límite con la comuna de Wigoltingen se encuentra una estación ferroviaria que da servicio a ambas comunas y en la que efectúan parada trenes de cercanías pertenecientes a la red S-Bahn Zúrich.
