Rieden es una localidad en el distrito de Mayen-Koblenz en Renania-Palatinado. Pertenece a la comunidad asociada de Mendig. El lugar, situado en un antiguo cráter volcánico, también se conoce como el pueblo de canteros. Alrededor del lugar se extrae el toba de Rieden, una toba volcánica.
La localidad de Rieden se encuentra a unos 40 km al noroeste de la ciudad de Koblenz y a unos 13 km al norte de la ciudad de Mayen.
