Üxheim es una comunidad municipal en el distrito de Vulkaneifel en Renania-Palatinado. Pertenece a la asociación municipal de Gerolstein. La parte del lugar Niederehe es un lugar de recreo reconocido por el estado.
El municipio se encuentra en el valle de caliza de Hillesheim en la Eifel volcánica, una de las tres subregiones en las que se divide la Vulkaneifel, en la frontera estatal de Renania-Palatinado con Renania del Norte-Westfalia. Una gran parte del territorio municipal es drenado por el Ahbach hacia el Ahr.
